Prices and Availability

All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. The availability of any items listed on the site may change at any time without prior notice.

Sale and delivery of the product is only available in the United States of America within the continental 48 states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Order Acceptance

We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. A full refund will be provided in the event of cancellation.

Payment Terms

All orders require payment in advance via Credit Card including the applicable price of the product and applicable taxes. Valid payment will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Returns

All sales are final. Any refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred by Attachments Direct LLC will be withheld from the refund due back to the original method of payment. For further information see our Freight Policy.​

Freight Policy

The freight price of your Attachments Direct LLC Snow Pusher is based on shipment to a commercial address via common carrier. Commercial addresses are those defined by our freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically, these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. With this standard shipment, it is your responsibility to get the product off of the truck without assistance.

You must be available at the time of delivery.

If you are unavailable you are responsible for all attempted and missed delivery fees. If you contact us we can arrange, at your cost, another delivery attempt. If, after a failed delivery attempt, the carrier is unable to reach you within 3 business days, storage fees begin to accrue at $75 a day. If no contact is made within five days, the product will be re-routed back to snowpusherdirect.com’s warehouse. Any storage fees, return freight costs and restock fees incurred will be withheld on any refunds to be made for the returned product.

Other Freight Services

We offer other freight services that you may need to be sure the shipment can be retrieved from the truck safely. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services as described below are required upon delivery or if delivery is not possible must be paid by the customer. We recommend selecting the required options below to prevent any additional billing charges. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. COD shipments are not permitted.

 

Liftgate Option - $75

Liftgate delivery is provided for those businesses not equipped with a forklift. If you do not have a forklift please add this option. See below, you may also have to add the Residence/Church/School/Limited Access Delivery option.

Residence/Church/School/Limited Access Delivery - $75
Most residential, farm, church or school deliveries via common carrier should choose this method. Freight carriers prevent their drivers from assisting with the unloading of heavy equipment. Please have the necessary manpower and forklift available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver. If you do not have a forklift please add the LIFTGATE REQUIRED option (see above). 

Carrier Product Damage Policy

Occasionally a product may arrive in a damaged condition due to improper handling during shipment. In most cases, the damage is cosmetic and will not affect the function of your product.  We make every effort to ensure that the product is packaged correctly and leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE FREIGHT CAREFULLY AND, IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS, MAKE A NOTATION OF THIS ON THE CARRIER’S DELIVERY DOCUMENTS.


If any damage is discovered AND properly documented on the carrier’s shipping receipt, contact snowpusherdirect.com immediately and keep all the original packaging material and do not use the product. The freight carrier’s representative will need to see this for the inspection process. We also recommend photographing the damages and packing material for additional documentation and proof of loss. Please note: the carrier’s inspection process can take 2 weeks or longer and if your claim is approved it will only cover enough costs to restore the product to like new condition which in most cases only covers repainting damaged areas. During the time your claim is under investigation by the carrier you cannot use the product and we do not ship a substitute to use in the interim.

If a customer refuses delivery due to excessive freight damage, we will process it as a return. All refused shipments are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee which will be withheld from any refunds due.

 

 

Product Warranty Information

Attachments Direct LLC warrants Snow Monster Snow Pushers and Compact Series Snow Pushers purchased from www.snowpusherdirect.com to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Attachments Direct LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied (including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), except as expressly stated in this warranty statement.

During this warranty period Attachments Direct LLC will repair or replace (at our discretion) any Snow Pusher that is proven to be defective.

To obtain service, the original purchaser must contact Attachments Direct LLC to determine the correct solution for your product. Please have pictures and proof of purchase available. Upon determination of a valid warranty claim, the purchaser will be responsible for transportation costs to and from the Attachments Direct LLC warehouse.

Examples of what this warranty does not cover:

  1. Transportation or the cost of a service call.

  2. Normal maintenance service and expendable wear parts such as the cutting edge, wear shoes or rubber hold down strip.

  3. Repairs or adjustments caused by improper use; failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures; accidents or other casualties.

  4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages of any type, including but not limited to lost profits or expenses of acquiring replacement equipment.

  5. Any snow pusher that has been modified beyond the manufacturer’s design.

  6. Any snow pusher that has been subject to excessive abuse or neglect outside the bounds of normal use.

 

No agent, employee or representative of Attachments Direct LLC has authority to bind Attachments Direct LLC to any warranty except as specifically set forth herein. Any of these limitations excluded by local law shall be deemed deleted from this warranty; all other terms will continue to apply.
